Today's transits appear to be nudging us toward this path of self-awareness.

The main event: as the first quarter moon in Leo begins, you may feel a strong surge of determination. What does that entail? Tensions in relationships, heightened emotions, and the potential for conflicts over emotional needs and desires.

So, what can we expect? It's an opportune time to practice self-nurturing, all while leveraging Leo's self-knowledge to maintain emotional balance.

And what should we avoid? Indulging in excessive self-pity or seeking validation from others, recognizing that our inner strength lies in our understanding of ourselves.

This was something that was reflected to me clearly, as this morning I found myself in one of those silly discussions with my sister. You know the ones where every word feels like it could lead to a misunderstanding.

But before things could escalate, I pressed a mental pause and we agreed to revisit the conversation when we were both in a better headspace.

It's moments like these that remind me of the beauty of long-standing relationships. We've known each other for so long that we've created spaces and modes of communication unique to us.

But it got me thinking, no matter how well we know someone or how long we've known them, we ultimately know ourselves best.

We know how we'll react in certain situations and can use that self-awareness to navigate our interactions.

Remember, even amid tension, there's ample room for growth and laughter.
