Hey there,

Finally, after a week of ups and downs, we've made it to Friday! And as we prepare to chill, the cosmos has something intriguing in store for us.

Today, Mercury and Pluto align, setting the stage for some intense conversations and deep revelations. 

It's as if the universe is urging us to dive beneath the surface and uncover what we have stored in the shadows.

It's an opportunity to dive deeper yet stay grounded. So while discussions may be intense, let's keep things clear and honest, avoiding getting swept up in power struggles or obsessive thoughts.

And believe me, I know that on Fridays some of us enter into this obsessive idea of planning for the weekend. 

At least with a kid, I'm like that: Friday nights, I strive to have play tickets ready for Saturday morning, playdates planned for Sunday, dinner reservations, etc...

Yet today might be an opportunity to release a little bit of control and enter that planning with emotion and excitement instead of anxiety. While doing it, think of everything that's ahead, picture the laughs, the flavors, the good moments.

Sometimes it only takes a shift in mood to get better results.
