A few days ago, I made a choice to step away from a relationship that wasn’t aligning with my lifestyle. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it felt necessary for growth and self-honoring.

Today, we’ve decided to meet and talk, to officially bring this chapter to a close, and as I sit with the anticipation of this conversation, I can’t help but notice the cosmic timing of it all.

This morning at 6:28 PT, the Sun formed a square with Neptune, a transit known for stirring up sensitivity and highlighting the blurry lines between reality and illusion. But instead of feeling lost in the emotional haze, I find myself surprisingly grounded. There’s a sense of clarity, a knowing that this ending is a part of something bigger: a call to alignment, truth, and integrity with myself.

It reminds me of the way trees shed their leaves in autumn, not because they’ve failed or fallen out of rhythm with the seasons, but because it’s nature’s way of creating space for something new to grow.

So, as I step into this conversation later today, I’m carrying that metaphor with me. Endings are part of the cycle. They don’t have to be failures or catastrophes. They’re moments to reflect, to honor what was, and to trust that what’s next will be even more aligned.
