This morning, I found myself realizing how often confusion is something I cling to. I tell myself a story that things are too complicated, that I don’t know what to do, when in reality, beneath all the noise, the answer is already there waiting.

Confusion, I’m learning, is often a choice.

When I strip things down to their essence, what remains is usually clear and simple. A yes that feels open. A no that feels calm. A truth that doesn’t need justification. The complication, I see now, is often just fear disguised as details.
