Hey there,

As we wrap up the week, let's take a moment to breathe a sigh of relief.

Just two days ago, Mercury went direct in the fiery sign of Aries, bringing an end to its retrograde journey. For me, this end of the season was pretty obvious.

In the past few days, I felt like my energy was draining, but there wasn't anything obvious disrupting my routine. Then, one afternoon (right in the climax of the Mercury retrograde season), while chatting with another mother from my kid's class about how fast the year was going, I realized something crucial: I had forgotten about something very important throughout all of 2024—myself. 

It was a classic Mercury retrograde move, revealing truths we seem to not want to see.

Sometimes, with kids, work, and marriage, it's too easy to neglect our own needs, putting them in a basket labeled "later-to-do," which remains there for months, and for some, even years. 

That's why on Wednesday, with the shift of energy, I also decided to realign my own path by taking some small actions that let my soul and body know it was time to rest. The cosmos was speaking, letting me know that the retrograde is over, and now I knew where to begin. 

And since today is Friday, I invite you to wrap up any tasks left unfinished at work or home for the weekend, allowing ourselves to fully rest until Monday rolls around. It's not the time to overthink all we discovered during the retrograde season.

This upcoming season is all about love: the real kind of love, the one we find within ourselves. All we have to do is listen.
